Product Description: Of the kombucha products that are back on the market after being voluntarily removed, the Original variety of GT’s Organic Raw Kombucha is definitely the strongest tasting variety that we’ve sampled. There’s some big fermented flavor in this product, although, if we remember correctly, it seems slightly less effervescent than it used to be. It’s moderately sweet, but not too sweet, with lots of kombucha flavor at the base of the drink. Functionally, the product has vitamins, probiotic content, EGCG, glucuronic acid, lactic acid, and acetic acid – exactly the types of things that kombucha loves are seeking. Packaging is the same 16 oz.cylindrical bottle that has become synonymous with GT’s. It doesn’t appear to have any changes made to it, either in the design or the words used on the label. From an aesthetics point of view, that’s certainly a good thing for GT’s.
